At FUSION, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FUSION account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the gear's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
